Product arrived broken. My plumber removed broken valve. It took 2 weeks to get Mr. Steam to agree to replace the valve. I requested they overnight it on my Fedex account. They informed me it had already been shipped, then 2 days later they email me and say the part was out of stock. They inform me they took a valve off another steamer and will ship it that day. I receive the replacement valve 2days later. I then get the bill for the overnight shipping, billed to me.
